Make the hip steeper so it's more like a real hip, get rid of the wee funbox (its useless), perhaps build upon the manny pad, by adding a up/down ledge besides it or something. A removable rail going across the funbox would be good. (Just throwing this out there, perhaps be too dear to do).
Oh and if possible sort out the kiddie situation, there was 65+ there on saturday, made it a right headache to skate and could have been possibly dangerous, lucky none got in my way!
i agree with marc about the kid problem, it was crazy the ammount of people there how couldnt ollie, let alone ride a board. and the removable rail thing sounds sick

the weekend was really busy(80), in fact the busyiest we have ever been in one day, for no apparent reason. But we as a skatepark cannot turn people away, even beginners who can get in the way, to the annoyance of older skaters. I'm afraid for the time being you'll have to endure it, until such a point there is some consistancey in attendance and we can split the day to suit age groups and abilities.

cool, well the small drie way is away. I know it was keek but it was put there purely because we had no where to store it. Anyways i deffo wana make a few good changes soon to keep stuff fresh. Unfortunately making the hip steeper would be a mamoth job so it will have to wait, on the upside im gona make a new 4ft bank to replace the 6ft quarter / flatbank / quarter as soon as i can get a few funds together to cover wood. and i will make a longer better manny pad-grind box jobby weaker.
